Shipments will be made by parcel companies or other transport companies that guarantee the correct transport of the goods.
The delivery date at the customer's home will depend on the type of transport service contracted, the availability of the product and the shipping area chosen by the customer. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If you do not have the goods you will be informed to specify the delivery times and resolve it as soon as possible.
To avoid incidents in delivery (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to correctly fill out the corresponding form being advisable to fill in the box related to the contact phone.
Customs charges will be charged at destination.
Standard shipments take between 3-7 business days.
Shipments to the Canary Islands cost 5 euros, except for purchases over 50 euros, in which case they will be free.
All products purchased on kactus.es can be returned by sending an email with the return request and the reason for it to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, within 7 days from receipt of the order at the customer's address.
If the reason for the return is for breakages in the packaging, the shipment can be refused by indicating to the transport company the non-acceptance for this cause or the order can be accepted and request its return within 24 hours after receipt of the order at the customer's home.
If the product is in poor condition or there has been an error in delivery, customers will have a period of 7 working days for the return of the same, from the receipt of the order at the customer's home. In such a case, Artesania Kactus S.L. will have the costs of return and the customer can decide whether the order is sent to him again or if he prefers the return of the money paid. If the customer decides to have the order shipped to him again, the shipping costs will be borne by Artesania Kactus s.l.
The company Artesanía Kactus S.L. reserves the right to cancel an order and to refund the amount paid by the customer. Whether it is for stock breakage, inability to ship, discontinued item, or for any reason that the company considers.
In the event that the customer wishes to return the order for reasons other than the previous ones and within 7 days from the receipt of the product, the return costs will be borne by them.
