Shipping

Shipments will be made through parcel delivery services or other transport companies that guarantee the proper transport of the goods.

The delivery date to the customer's address will depend on the type of transport service contracted, the availability of the product, and the shipping area chosen by the customer. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If the goods are not in stock, you will be notified in order to arrange delivery times and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

To avoid delivery incidents (incorrect addresses, no one being found at the address, etc.), it is essential to correctly complete the corresponding form, and it is advisable to fill in the field regarding the contact phone number.

Customs charges will be billed at the destination.

Standard shipments take between 3–7 business days.

Shipments to the Canary Islands have a cost of €5, except for purchases over €50, in which case they are free.

Returns

All products purchased at kactus.es may be returned by sending an email with the return request and the reason for the return to the email address ventas@kactus.es, within 7 days from the receipt of the order at the customer's address.

If the reason for the return is due to breakage in the packaging, the shipment may be rejected by informing the transport company of the non-acceptance for this reason, or the order may be accepted and its return requested within 24 hours after receipt of the order at the customer's address.

If the product is in poor condition or there has been an error in the delivery, customers will have a period of 7 business days to return it, counting from the receipt of the order at the customer's address. In such a case, Artesanía Kactus S.L. will cover the return costs, and the customer may decide whether the order is sent again or whether they prefer a refund of the amount paid. If the customer decides to have the order sent again, the shipping costs will be borne by Artesanía Kactus S.L.

The company Artesanía Kactus S.L. reserves the right to cancel an order and to refund the amount paid by the customer, whether due to stock shortages, impossibility of shipment, a discontinued item, or for any reason the company deems appropriate.

In the event that the customer wishes to return the order for reasons other than those mentioned above and within 7 days from the receipt of the product, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns must be made in the original packaging.
